Receptionist

A growing Technology Firm in Buckhead is looking for a Receptionist. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate to get his or her foot in the door with a highly reputable company or for anyone looking to start an administrative career.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and route them to the appropriate parties
  • Welcome and greet guests, vendors, and employees
  • Maintain and manage conference room schedules
  • Notify individuals of incoming courier packages and receive, sort, and distribute incoming and inter-office mail
  • Directly assist the Executive Team with any necessary administrative tasks such as typing correspondence, returning emails, running errands, filing, faxing, and maintaining office expenses

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree 1 to 2 years administrative experience
  • Friendly and positive attitude
  • Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication and computer skills required
