Marketing Assistant

Our client is seeking a top-notch Marketing Assistant to support their sales team with extensive project coordinating responsibilities.  This position will be required to provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Database management within SAP
  • Produce daily and/or weekly/monthly sales reports using Excel
  • Coordinate marketing proposals as directed by the team
  • Coordinate networking functions and conferences including all logistics
  • Plan Executives’ travel arrangements and prepare related expense reports
  • Provide support to the sales with internet research
  • Be a liaison with other departments as required and other duties as required by the SVP and Sales Team  

Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint are a must.  You must also have the ability to pick up on new software programs easily as  you will become an expert on their proprietary programs.
