Human Resources Administrator

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist with at least 3 – 5 years of related generalist experience.  You will serve as a liaison to all levels of employees on human resources issues while also assisting in the development and implementation of such issues. 

  • Assist managers with application of HR programs and policies.
  • Manage payroll process and benefits administration.
  • Assist with employee relations issues under the direction and supervision of the Human Resource Director.
  • Identify and analyze key metric data such as headcount, turnover, and cost-per-hire and make recommendations to management team for necessary action.
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and provide management with summary results.
  • Provide training as needed throughout the company. 
  • Maintain extreme confidentiality.
  • Maintain vendor contacts, manage relationships and negotiate contracts.
  • Ensure HRIS data is accurate and complete.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all employees.

• 3+ years experience in a Generalist or Business Partner role in HR
• Bachelor’s degree is a must.  
• Be a self-starter who can handle multi-tasking and priorities
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
