A small downtown firm is in need of another Assistant. This person will support both lawyers and their relative Executive Assistant and contribute to a hardworking and efficient team.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and route them to the appropriate parties
- Welcome and greet guests, vendors, and employees
- Maintain and manage conference room schedules
- Assist with various administrative projects and tasks

- Excellent communication and computer skills required
