Entry Level Legal Assistant

A small downtown firm is in need of another Assistant. This person will support both lawyers and their relative Executive Assistant and contribute to a hardworking and efficient team.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and route them to the appropriate parties
  • Welcome and greet guests, vendors, and employees
  • Maintain and manage conference room schedules
  • Assist with various administrative projects and tasks

Requirements:

  • Friendly and positive attitude
  • Must be customer service oriented
  • Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication and computer skills required
