A small, non-profit organization is looking for an Administrative Assistant for its in-town office.
Responsibilities:
- Receptionist duties
- Orientation for all new employees
- Order all office supplies and equipment while maintaining an approved budget
- Coordinate monthly calendar
- Maintain facilities and office equipment
- Proof documents for spelling and punctuation errors
- File, copy, and fax documents as needed
- Provide backup support to the President
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years in a professional business environment, non-profit preferred
- Strong computer skills using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize a wide variety of tasks
- College degree
