Administrative Assistant

A small, non-profit organization is looking for an Administrative Assistant for its in-town office.

Responsibilities:

  • Receptionist duties
  • Orientation for all new employees
  • Order all office supplies and equipment while maintaining an approved budget
  • Coordinate monthly calendar
  • Maintain facilities and office equipment
  • Proof documents for spelling and punctuation errors
  • File, copy, and fax documents as needed
  • Provide backup support to the President

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years in a professional business environment, non-profit preferred
  • Strong computer skills using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritize a wide variety of tasks
  • College degree
