This is an entry level opportunity for a sharp recent college grad who is willing to pay his/her dues with a solid, stable business consulting firm. Must have a 4 year degree and some office experience.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone calls
- Assist with routine client requests
- Send out mail on behalf of managers
- Fax/copy assistance
- Coordinate meeting space and meeting space setup/cleanup
- Administrative work
- Assist with end of month activities
- Assist with basic Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Coordinate and attend special client events as needed
- Enter new contacts in database
