• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a Business-related field
• Minimum 5 to 7 years sales experience, preferably in the medical field

• Utilize creative, professional, and ethical recruiting methods to identify top-performing candidates and hiring companies for open positions
• Initiate contact with hiring companies and candidates by developing partnerships and long-lasting relationships through cold-calling, on-site visits, referrals, and internet research
• Regularly attend and serve on boards of professional industry associations
• Interview and screen potential candidates through face-to-face and phone interviews and reference checking
• Maintain consultant database
• Developing recruiting strategies and recruitment plans

• Previous sales experience
• Experience with business development by way of cold-calling and outside sales meetings with prospective clients
• College degree in a business-related field
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Excellent customer service skills
