Sales Administrator

Unique and groundbreaking online video entertainment network for the “mass affluent” market, who will be inspired by what they see to fulfill their passions and pass along their stories and actions through the latest in social networking tools and services.

Sales Administrator will be required to provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Team. Duties will include customer/advertiser interfacing, database management within SAP, producing daily and/or weekly/monthly sales reports, monitoring advertiser contract paperwork, coordinating marketing/creative requirements with Marketing Team, coordinating functions and conferences, liaising with other departments as required and other duties as required by the SVP and Sales Team.

POSITION CRITERIA – -

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Successful experience within a highly charged sales environment
  • General administrative support
  • Superior data base management and telephone sales skills
  • Some public relations experience
  • Quote preparation / Order entering / Order Follow Up
  • Interfacing through Project Management with the Marketing/Creative Team
  • Corresponding with customers, and others
  • Creating and updating spreadsheets
  • Provide support to the sales in the research, writing and submission of sales proposals for potential advertisers
  • Work with outside field sales reps to provide sales/marketing support

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE :

Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to meet deadlines are required
Superior customer service and data base management skills required
