Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will make sure that the projects within the Company are organized, executed, and completed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams to develop project scope, schedules, and budget
  • Ensure projects are implemented and completed according to schedule
  • Keep files organized, updated, and accessible
  • Create and handle all outstanding invoices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 1-2 years office experience
  • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail to maintain accuracy
  • Proficient with MS office applications
