An Advertising Firm in Midtown is currently in the need of an Account Manager. This is a multi-faceted position that will involve both administrative and marketing duties.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily administrative duties for the office
- Prepare and edit proposals, presentations, reports, and other correspondence
- Assure the marketing schedule is maintained and success is accurately tracked
- Coordinate meetings, lunches, and conference calls
- Research prospective clients and market trends
- Update and maintain contact database
Requirements
- Must be fluent in Spanish, both in verbal and written skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task without sacrificing accuracy
