Marketing Assistant

Our client is seeking a top-notch Marketing Assistant to support their sales team with extensive project coordinating responsibilities.  This position will be required to provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Team. Duties will include: 

  • Database management within SAP
  • Produce daily and/or weekly/monthly sales reports using Excel
  • Coordinate marketing proposals as directed by the team
  • Coordinate networking functions and conferences including all logistics
  • Plan Executives’ travel arrangements and prepare related expense reports
  • Provide support to the sales with internet research,
  • Be a liaison with other departments as required and other duties as required by the SVP and Sales Team  

Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint are a must.  You must also have the abililty to pick up on new software programs easily as  you will become an expert on their proprietary programs.
