Melissa Van Putten is the President of Maverick Recruiters, Inc, which she founded in 2003 to specialize in all levels of administrative, marketing, human resource and accounting staffing within the greater Atlanta market. 

Prior to launching Maverick Recruiters, she worked for ten years with OM5, a division of Management Recruiters International (MRI), and focused in all areas of corporate and office staffing.  At the time she left OM5 to start her own firm, OM5 was the largest and oldest permanent placement recruiting firm in Atlanta.  While at OM5, Melissa earned Pacesetter status every year for consistently exceeding her sales goals and was named one of the company’s Top Ten Account Executives of the Year for five years in a row.  Melissa was also recognized by MRI as a National Finalist for its distinguished CSAM (Certified Senior Account Manager) of the Year award.  Melissa’s efforts directly aided her office in consistently being named Office of the Year as the top producing OM5 office in the country.

Carlye Anderson is the Director of Contract Staffing for Maverick Recruiters, Inc.   Her responsibilities include new business development and account management for all temporary staffing needs in the Administrative and Finance and Accounting Divisions. 

Carlye brings almost ten years of industry experience from a number of highly responsible positions in a variety of organizational settings in both the areas of training and recruitment.  Due to her expertise in contract staffing and being able to meet her clients’ needs, she has been recognized with several highly respected awards and nominations.  Carlye’s clients and candidates benefit from her ability to communicate clearly and to develop a deep understanding of their needs.

Carlye graduated from Troy University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice.  She is a member of Georgia Association of Personnel Services, Kappa Delta Alumnae Association and a LifeLink Volunteer.
