<li>Identify and analyze key metric data such as headcount, turnover, and cost-per-hire and make recommendations to management team for necessary action.</li>
<li>Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and provide management with summary results.</li>
<li>Provide training as needed throughout the company. </li>
<li>Maintain extreme confidentiality.</li>
<li>Maintain vendor contacts, manage relationships and negotiate contracts.</li>
<li>Ensure HRIS data is accurate and complete.</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service to all employees.</li>

<p>Sales Administrator will be required to provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Team. Duties will include customer/advertiser interfacing, database management within SAP, producing daily and/or weekly/monthly sales reports, monitoring advertiser contract paperwork, coordinating marketing/creative requirements with Marketing Team, coordinating functions and conferences, liaising with other departments as required and other duties as required by the SVP and Sales Team.</p>
