Sales Assistant

A growing technology firm is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support their entire sales division. This is a challenging and rewarding position for someone who is looking to make a difference.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth daily operations of the office with a focus on achieving maximum expense control, accuracy, consistency, and productivity
  • Coordinate recruiting activity such as online job posting, resume management and candidate scheduling
  • Review office systems and procedures; provide recommendations for enhancement
  • Provide initial point of contact for callers, visitors, and corporate e-mail contacts; provide general troubleshooting or route inquiries appropriately
  • Create marketing materials and monthly newsletters
  • Maintain an internal database

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3 – 6 years of corporate office experience, preferably in a sales support role
  • Extremely strong organizational skills, strong attention to detail with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities, and exhibit excellent follow-through
  • Flexibility, team-focus, comfortable working in a small, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with all levels of management and staff, clients and vendors to the firm, handling confidential, time-sensitive and critical details
